I'm Amaldas Geetha Haridas — an independent consultant helping international companies set up offices and operations across the GCC and new markets, and a specialist advisor for EdTech go-to-market. Over 12+ years on the ground in the region, I've handled the unglamorous parts of market entry: entity setup, licensing, hiring the first local team, finding the right channel partners, and building a revenue engine that actually holds.
On the market entry side, I help founders and leadership teams land cleanly in the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain — choosing the right jurisdiction and structure, sequencing the first 90 days, recruiting locally credible talent, and translating the global playbook into something that works with regional buyers, regulators, and culture.
On the EdTech GTM side, I bring the experience of two complementary chapters. Six years at BYJU'S GCC, rising from BDE to Senior Manager leading Kuwait and Abu Dhabi — #1 GCC revenue rank for six consecutive months, Abu Dhabi launched from zero to AED 600K MRR, and the BYJU'S × Lulu retail channel that delivered 15,000+ leads and AED 5M+ revenue in a single quarter. Then founding and running GoScore Learning as CEO in Kuwait — a 40+ person operation with a proprietary multitenant LMS + ERP platform, full P&L ownership, 150% YoY enrollment growth, and multimillion-dirham revenue built from a blank page.
That combination — having lived the zero-to-one founder journey and scaled inside a global unicorn — is what I bring to every engagement. I've sat on both sides of the table: building from scratch and scaling inside a global company, in a region where execution beats theory.
I take on a small number of advisory engagements at a time — because the only way this work compounds is to stay close to the details and the founders.
